Vinification:

15 months in oak barrel of which 15% are new.

Carignans and grenache have undergone carbonic maceration, leading to fruity wine with low tannins.

Tasting notes: a structured wine, spicy, lively, balanced, with clear aromas of blackcurrant, whose finish develops with the roundness and fleshiness of the carbonic-macerated grenache. Goes very well with chocolate desserts.
