Area: 4.5 hectares (clay-silex- chalk)
Age of vines: up to 60 years
Cultivation: ground cover between vines, control of yields, control of double buds and green harvest.
Vinification: in stainless steel vat, with temperature control, for 15 - 25 days.
Maturation: in stainless steel vat for 10 months
Total acidity: 3.5 g/l
Production (annual): 12900 bottles
Tasting notes: a 'black ink' colour with hints of violet, gives way to a distinguished nose and intense red and black fruits. Ripe, soft tannins harmonise with a full fruitiness to give an intensity to the full-bodied palate. Excellent with red meats, game, fine cheeses...
