The Bordeaux white of noble and famous grape varieties : sauvignon brings
the fruity aromas and freshness, Semillon the rounded and refined factor, and
muscadelle gives the floral bouquet to the wine.
Type of vat : stainless steel
Skin maceration in pneumatic wine press on 30 % of the harvest.
Before the start of the alcoholic fermentation, the must is cleared
for 24 h at 10°C, the temperature is maintained throughout the
alcoholic maceration between 16/18°C.

Lovely very pale, clear, brilliant yellow-white colour with green tints. The pleasant
nose expresses aromas of summer fruit (pear, peach, apricot) and exotic fruit
(pineapple, papaya) combined with floral notes of jonquil, jennet and box. Slightly
fizzy attack in the mouth, becoming soft and delicate, with a pleasant liveliness and
good balance which persists in the long finish with fresh, fruity flavours. Drink in the
two next years.
