20 % cabernet sauvignon
10 % cabernet franc
The Bordeaux are a blend of several well-known vine varieties: cabernet
sauvignon gives the richness and tannins, cabernet franc is the one which gives the
smoothness and elegance and the Merlot brings the fullness and body.

The vinification
Type of vats: stainless steel and cement vats
Time of temperature: about 3 weeks
Pumping over: twice a day
Temperature of fermentation: 23/30°C

- 50% in oak barrels for 12 months,
- the remaining 50% in vats.
Length of time: 18 months
Fining: egg whites
Type of bottles: heavy

Beautiful dark, intense garnet-red colour, with good clarity. The bouquet initially
offers forest aromas (moss, humus, foliage) and then baked fruit (prunes). Fullbodied,
soft and well-balanced in the mouth, with good silky tannins, and a pleasant
fruity finish. Good for about seven years
