Excellent chardonnay aroma with a hint of viognier, floral, with a touch of vanilla. On the palate the sauvignon comes through, in a lively and minerally form. A generous wine, beautifully concentrated; will accompany sea food, and especially hors d'oeuvres where anchovies are a feature.
